Meet Your DIY All-Stars

We’re kicking off our first-ever All-Star Renovation Challenge, with eight of your favorite DIYers and partnering with Behr + FrogTape this season for even more DIY action. 

You may remember these renovations from seasons 1-4 over the last two years and we are so excited to invite them back for another round, to see who you vote as the $5,000 grand prize winner. 

Let’s meet the designers. 

Returning from Season 1 is Lindi + Russel of Love Create Celebrate who took their entryway from drab to fab with all new herringbone floors, a tiled entry bench, and a fresh coat of paint. This season Lindi is building an outdoor playhouse from scratch for her kids to enjoy. 

From Season 2, we have Emily of M+B Home Designs whose kitchen is almost unrecognizable from where it started to where she finished. Removing upper cabinets, tiling a feature wall and a new seating area really took Emily’s space to a new level. In the All-star Challenge she’s creating a laundry room to manage a house full of growing boys’ dirty clothes.

Virginia of Fynes designs also joins from Season 2 after an amazing kitchen makeover bringing in more light, two-toned cabinets, and gold fixtures to make the white subway tile pop. This year she’s tackling transforming her dark + empty basement into a livable space complete with a kitchenette. 

You may remember this plot of land from Season 3, where Shara of Woodshop Diaries built an entire home in only six weeks to take home the prize. Yeah, she amazed us too! This time she’s renovating her parent’s master bath to create an oasis all their own. 

Also joining from Season 3 is Amy from Her Tool Belt, who redid her entry to create a lasting impression with a tiled feature wall, new flooring, and framing that leads into her living room. This season Amy is taking on her master bath. 

Season 4 winner, Nicole of Simply Aligned Home created a mudroom in her home that hadn’t previously existed, using extra space from her rec room. 

Newlyweds, Kelsey + Ryan of New Build Newlyweds also joined season 4 to redo their guest bath with the memorable herringbone floors and tiled feature wall in their first tile project ever. This year, they’re taking on their master bath to go from build grade to custom-made. 

Jessie of Eye in the Detail, wowed fans with her design expanding her guest bath with a full shower and tiling every surface, perfectly mixing + matching tiles to create her own spa-like getaway.
